How to Use Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush gently in circular motions for about two minutes. For immediate relief of sensitivity, you can gently apply a small amount directly to the tooth base and massage softly for ~30 seconds before rinsing. Recommended usage: twice daily, preferably after meals. Children under six may use it unsupervised due to the absence of fluoride.
