Formulated with a mild cleansing base, it removes excess oil and impurities while Monolaurin (patent pending) reduces sebum production for a mattifying effect. Infused with Avène Thermal Spring Water, it soothes and calms irritated or sensitive skin, leaving it clean, fresh, and visibly less shiny. Step 2: Exfoliate (PM use or as needed) • Avène Cleanance A.H.A. Exfoliating Serum A powerful resurfacing serum that visibly smooths skin texture and reduces blemishes in just 10 days. This lightweight, non-sticky formula combines naturally-derived lactic and succinic acids (1.5x more effective than salicylic acid²) to exfoliate and refine pores, while glutamic acid regulates sebum production. Avène Thermal Spring Water ensures the formula remains gentle, making it suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin. Step 3: Hydrate & Mattify (AM/PM) • Avène Cleanance Mattifying Aqua-Gel A multi-benefit lightweight moisturizer that hydrates, mattifies, and refines pores for 24 hours. Enriched with Monolaurin to control excess sebum and Avène Thermal Spring Water to soothe, its ultra-light, fast-absorbing texture immediately reduces shine by 50% without stripping the skin. Skin is left soft, balanced, and comfortable all day. Step 4: Protect (AM only) • Avène Cleanance Sunscreen SPF 50+ Ultra-Light Anti-Blemish A very high protection sunscreen formulated for oily and blemish-prone skin. Featuring patented TriAsorB™ technology, it provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA/UVB and blue light (up to 450nm) while helping to reduce and prevent blemishes. How to Use
1. Avène Cleanance Cleansing Gel (AM & PM): Apply to damp skin on the face and/or body, gently lather, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. 2. Avène Cleanance A.H.A. Exfoliating Serum (PM only, 2–3 times/week): Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin in the evening, avoiding the eye area; do not rinse. 3. Avène Cleanance Mattifying Aqua-Gel (AM & PM): After cleansing (and serum, if used), apply a thin layer to the entire face and allow it to absorb. 4. Avène Cleanance Sunscreen SPF 50+ (AM only): Apply generously to the face as the final step of your morning routine, 15 minutes before sun exposure; reapply every 2 hours or after swimming/sweating.
