As you age and go through periods of extreme stress, sometimes physically recovering from illness, your nails and hair can become lacklustre and dull. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal nails. There are other signs common to a selenium deficiency which include infertility in men and women, muscle weakness, fatigue, mental fog, hair loss and a weakened immune system. Added Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. How to Use
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
